Ideal Meals was created when Amanda DeWitt (R) recognized the need for fresh meals for busy individuals and families in Rome, Ga. Amanda had been prepping meals for herself, coworkers and friends would ask her to do the same for them.  She teamed up with Casey Gray (L), who also had interest in healthy cooking to create an affordable, convenient yet healthy, meal service.

As busy working women & moms, we understand the importance of saving time, energy, and money while feeling good about the food decisions we make for ourselves and our family.
